If you have been denied a claim and plan to object to the decision, you must do so within six months of the negative decision. The WSIB Intent to Object form can be found here:
If you believe that you are entitled to workplace compensation due to an injury or contracting an illness on the job, or you plan to object to a negative decision, please contact a union steward. Your union can help you in making a claim or making an objection to a decision from WSIB.
